Welcome the summer solstice and step into the abundance that this time of the year represents with a shamanic healing combined with acupuncture.
The days are getting longer and new life is emerging as we move through Spring and prepare to welcome Summer. Now is the time to clear obstacles and set intentions as we step into full bloom.
Join shamanic healing practitioner Katie Oberlin and licensed acupuncturist Mari Stecker for an evening that combines the ancient healing methods of shamanism and acupuncture, to support your strength and inner power. This workshop will include:
- Understanding the essence of Summer from a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and shamanic perspective
- How to incorporate shamanism into contemporary life
- Teachings about the 6 directions of the medicine wheel, focusing on the South: our container of support
- Individual shamanic healings and acupuncture
Bring a drum if you have one! If not, rattles will be provided.
At various times during the evening you may be sitting on the floor or lying on a yoga
mat, so please bring whatever you need to ensure your comfort (meditation cushion,
pillow, blanket, etc.). Chairs will be provided for those who wish.
Thursday, June 20, 2019 from 5:45-7:30 p.m. (Please note 5:45-6 p.m. arrival and social time; program will begin promptly at 6 p.m.)
Price $75. Space is limited and pre-registration is required. Contact Katie to reserve your spot.
