“How Can You Help Me?”

I heard something recently that I have taken to heart: When people ask me, “What do you do?” they’re really asking,

“How can you help me?”

It’s a great distinction, especially when you’re talking about Healing Touch and shamanic healing because, quite frankly, it can be difficult to find the words to describe the nuances of energy healing.

But answering “How can you help me?” That’s easy! The benefits that I see every day with my clients are clearly evident. Energy healing:

  • Alleviates physical and emotional pain without medicine
  • Calms worry and clears brain fog
  • Enhances focus, productivity, and creativity
  • Reduces the effects of trauma, stress, depression, and anxiety
  • Helps people move forward

There is nothing more gratifying than when a client tells me, “I feel hopeful” or “Our work together has changed my life.”

In fact, energy healing has so many different benefits that I have embarked on a mission to design a series of workshops designed to help specific groups of people. These workshops cover a wide variety of topics, from meditation and self care tips to practical hands-on healing techniques for headaches, heartaches, and life transitions.

Find out more about these specialized workshops and let me know your preferences by filling out this two-minute survey.

For those of you who want to go deeper into learning about energy medicine, I will be offering my next Healing Touch Level 1 class on July 14-15, 2018 at the Cancer Wellness Center in Northbrook, IL. Register here. If those dates don’t work for you, go to my survey to let me know what dates and formats work best for you.

Whatever workshops you decide to attend, you will learn a bit about energy medicine and what I do as a Healing Touch and shamanic healing practitioner. More importantly, you will find answers to your question, “How can you help me?”
