Last week’s article, Gratitude is Good For Your Health, outlined two easy steps to harness the energy of gratitude and use it to improve your health. I hope you’ve had a chance to give it a try.
“But,” you might ask, “how do I find the time to add a ‘gratitude practice’ into my already busy schedule?” My favorite time is when I’m laying in bed, reviewing my day, and drifting off for a good night’s sleep. It works wonders!
Speaking of gratitude, I think it’s high time for me to acknowledge the incredible support I receive from four fantastic women. If it weren’t for them, I wouldn’t have a website, blog, newsletter, or social media presence.
So meet my team!

Emily Rapport has been with me from the beginning. She did a great job designing my website several years ago and patiently tutored me through the process. Today, she works for Chicago Style SEO as Senior Designer and continues to keep Holistic-Connections.net up to date. Not only that, Emily is an accomplished artist!

I have learned so much about the craft of writing thanks to my editor, Tammy Letherer. She is a writing coach who loves to help others find their voice, whether in a blog or a book. She is the author of one novel, Hello Loved Ones, and an upcoming memoir, The Buddha at my Table. Here is Tammy’s website or find her on Twitter.

Lauren Carrane specializes in digital marketing and public relations. She helps me navigate the confusing and ever-changing world of social media, providing me with a solid presence on Facebook, Linked In, and Google+. No matter what my questions are, Lauren has the answers! Find out more about Lauren at Sharp Pencil Marketing.

And what would I do without my wonderful assistant, Linda Kleyman? If it weren’t for Linda, I’d be totally overwhelmed. She takes care of the tedious details…too numerous to list…quietly and efficiently. She is my sounding board and workshop coordinator. The icing on the cake? Linda is an incredible healing arts practitioner who keeps me on top of my own self care by providing me with weekly Healing Touch sessions. Check out Linda’s website here!
Thank you Katie! It’s always a pleasure to work with you and witness the love and commitment you bring to your work.
Thanks Katie! This is a very thoughtful and appreciated gesture. It’s great to see how far your web presence and blog has come since we started.
