3 Ideas for Enhancing Your Creativity

When we try to think of ways to improve the quality of our health and well being, we usually think about things like diet, exercise, adequate sleep, and supportive relationships. We don’t typically think about creativity as an important aspect of our health but I know from personal experience and in my Healing Touch practice that enhancing our creativity enhances our health in body, mind and spirit.

What can you do to enhance your creative energy? Here are 3 ideas:

  1. Try coloring! Coloring books aren’t just for kids. They are all the rage right now and it turns out, there are many health benefits, including enhanced creativity.
  2. Clean out your junk drawer or closet. When we clear away old stuff it makes room for something new to come into our lives.
  3. Tune in to your energy body and notice where you might feel blocked or out of balance. Practicing the Self Chakra Connection or receiving an energy healing will help bring things back into alignment, opening you up to new solutions and ideas at work and in your relationships.

Give these suggestions a try, or drive around with the windows down and the music blaring.  Catch spring fever and get those creative juices flowing!
