Health Tip for the Week: Try “Walking Meditation”

A lot of people are exploring the benefits of meditation, but I often hear the concern:

“I can’t meditate. It is too hard to sit still!”

For those of you who are more “moving centered” or for anyone who enjoys exploring different methods for self care, here is a great suggestion: WALKING MEDITATION

With a little bit of practice you will enjoy a sense of peace and calm amidst the busyness of your day.

The benefits of “peace and calm” are well documented.
Give it a try ~ let me know how it goes!
