A Surprising Look at the Throat Chakra and It’s Power to Shape Your Life

Jeb was in a bit of a moral dilemma at work. He knew that clients weren’t being serviced properly, and finally decided to speak up in an effort to make things right for the clients and improve the quality and reputation of his company. Two weeks later, it became evident that his job was being terminated. In the process of trying to make things right, he had alienated his boss, who was ultimately responsible for what was going on.

When Jeb arrived for his Healing Touch session, he was REALLY stressed. Our session focused on releasing the tension that Jeb was feeling. We started with some breathwork that enabled him to step into the situation, see it for what it was, and begin to feel more neutral about it. Next, we did some balancing and realigning of his energy with the intention of helping him release the past and move forward with clarity and confidence.

By the end of the session, Jeb was feeling much calmer. He said the session helped him put the situation in perspective and realize that the job had been too stressful for too long; he was looking forward to exploring new opportunities.

“My family will be really pleased to know that I am moving on,” he said.

From an energetic perspective we can look at this situation as a throat chakra issue. Of course, the throat is connected to speaking our truth. It is also considered the bridge between the head and the heart. By clearing blocks in this area, it helps connect our inner knowing with our heart’s desire.

Are there words that YOU need to speak today that will lead to greater energy and balance in your life?
